I called and asked for a refund for the difference for the two tickets [$266.00], to which I was flatly refused. I was informed I could, however, get a voucher for $33.00 each - as I would have to pay $100.00 for each ticket to get the voucher. What's the deal and is there a way I can get the full $266.00?
