I wouldn’t call it pathetic but it definitely was annoying…for me as well — so the flame is completely justified.
 
We have been going through several blog template changes and the RSS link was lost in the last template post. We just posted the latest template and RSS “lozenge” is now at the top right bar of of each page, along with the ability to search and signup for email of posts (just below categories, but going to move up higher shortly)

We have enough flight miles to go round-trip SFO To OGG with Hawaiian Air, but, not enough miles to go between islands. Those we will have to pay cash for. When should we book these flights reservations; now or after the first of the year? Are the costs of flights to Hawaii going up after the first of the year?
