I was perusing some of the “travel forums” on the Los Angeles Times, when I came across this video submitted earlier this year by someone named “unhappy traveler”. Funny and sad: it notes how, years ago, the creator’s mother wrote a letter of complaint to Continental and was promptly invited to dinner at the CEO’s home!
