We travelers have enough to worry these days, without a potentially dangerous flu outbreak – but, that’s what we have, and the quicker we learn to deal with it effectively and safely, the better.

Which is why I’ve put together some ideas from the experts, and compiled them into eight steps you can take, that will keep you better informed, and healthy.

The most important step is repeated a couple of times in my list, but I’ll repeat it again here:

If you are sick, don’t travel. Period.

And wash your hands. A lot.
