I found the following cartoon on a wonderful and whimsical site called xkcd.com – and feel it just might crystallize today’s airport security screening

UPDATE: The TSA responds with an informative post – a good read.

The traveler isn’t clueless. He’s being more of a smart alleck and trying to bring light to the uneven nature of prohibited items.

Why don’t TSA get their act together and provide different color (yellow) boxes for shoes only. Think about it.

Why don’t the TSA get their act together and end their disgusting fascination with shoes, liquids, and IDs? Think about it. The TSA is the worst thing to ever happen to air travel, 9/11 included. Traitors, every last useless TSA employee.
