USA on a Roll, Wins Another Top Ten “Best Country” List

Wasn’t so long ago that the United States wasn’t doing so well on popularity lists, for whatever they’re worth.

And then, last month, the nation won top spot on a list of “most well-liked countries” – and now comes word that the U.S. heads a new list from a marketing firm called FutureBrand.

According to a report from USA Today, this is the first time the country topped FutureBrand’s “Country Brand Index”, which is “an online survey of about 3,000 international business and vacation travelers that ranks how countries are perceived.”

North America did quite well – Canada came in second place. The rest of the top ten, in order, is as follows: Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain.

Do you have a favorite that should have made the list?
