Interesting incident that happened. How unfortunate for the graduate student to be paying a heavy price, for that last kiss with his girlfriend. But at the same time, he should have been following the rules.

Oh my. What has the world come to when a goodbye kiss can cause such a fuss? I say, “Cheers”, to the grad student for being such a romantic. And I say, “Cheers”, to the girlfriend for obviously being worth it.” We need a little more love in this world – and that’s no fiction.
When the day comes that we are too paralyzed with the fear of authority to kiss each other across some line drawn by paranoia – then the human race has outlived it usefulness and should go the way of the dinosaurs.
But until then I say – “What the world needs now, is love sweet love…”
